Welcome, Joi Byrd, Project Manager

Joi joined the herd in early 2020 as a Project Manager. And wow, it was a great way to kick off the year! For starters, Joi brings an agency background and has organized complex creative events and experiences. Those organizational skills, plus her passion and attention to detail made her a perfect fit for our Project Manager role. But here at Vigor we’re not just about checking the boxes – we’re about building a great culture and experience for our clients. That’s where Joi really shines, by living up to her name and bringing a genuinely positive professionalism to every interaction she has.

Joi has seamlessly taken the reins on an array of concept development projects for both new and repeat Vigor clients. In each project, she is criticall in leading timelines, tasking, daily communications, scheduling, and ultimately making sure that both the client and the team are satisfied and smiling every day.

We wanted to learn more about what makes Joi so joyful, so we wrangled up some questions and asked for her insight. Have a read to learn a little more about the person who glues our projects together!
